I was very nervous about my visit and Mrs Bama Selvaraj and her team were excellent. They made me feel as relaxed as possible and Mrs Selvaraj was very professional and explained everything to me about what was happening and further procedures.

Nurse Selvaraj was pleasant, friendly, and professional from start to finish, along with her team of nurses who used friendly conversation as a distraction technique at points of the procedure where i might have been uncomfortable. I felt at very at ease and relaxed, also for the first time during my very long wait to be seen, i felt heard. Nurse Selvaraj and her colleagues listened to me, discussed my options, explaining at every opportunity what she would be doing, how it may feel and asked if i was ok. She also clearly excels at the technical side of her work as the procedure was not at all painful or uncomfortable. Nurse Selvaraj explained about the Mirena coil, and discussed how it would help me, she was also very thorough with the after care of what i should expect to see or feel after my procedure. Nurse Selvaraj confirmed a prolapse, and made an immediate referral which was excellent. I was very nervous for this appointment and was expecting bad news, thankfully Nurse Selvaraj’s expertise, warmness and professionalism helped me immensely.
